G. NEIL HARPER ENDOWMENT FUND
During the Foundation's Tenth Anniversary in 2001, the Board of Directors established the G. Neil Harper Grants & Financial Assistance Endowment Fund. This fund honors Mr. Neil Harper, the Foundation's first Board Chairperson, and provides income in perpetuity to the Grants & Financial Assistance ministry.
