ARE YOU CONSIDERING A CHURCH LOAN?

Six Reasons Why

We Can Help You

1.    Stable loan rate structure prevents huge swings in loan rates (Current Loan Rates)

2.    Two categories of loans (Residential” and “Commercial”) with several rate options and loan terms up to twenty years (Loan Application)

3.    Lower fees and closing costs – over $3,750 savings on average! (compared with commercial banks)

4.    No title insurance or plot plans required

5.    Knowledgeable loan staff who understand the financial needs of churches and who are committed to assist church committees in finding appropriate solutions

6.    Practical tools to assist churches in evaluating their loan options (Church Loan Evaluation Worksheet)

Comment from Kirk Randlett at Milford UMC, Milford NH.

"After more than ten years of researching, planning and working through the fine details, we were finally able to fulfill the next step in our on-going mission for God's work.  Dan Hussey and the rest of the wonderful folk at the UMFNE helped us accomplish the goal of building a new church.

By working with the Foundation, we were able to focus our energies on the building process and all the minute details that need to happen, rather than worrying about the finance details.  Dan and Leanne were very responsive throughout the entire twelve month plus building cycle.  We appreciate the support that the Foundation continues to provide."
