In the 2004 session of Annual Conference, the NEAC Stewardship Task Force presented a "three-program" recommendation regarding personal financial management.  The "Personal Financial Management Seminar" program can help Christians be more effective in their stewardship by offering a host of financial management concepts, tools and resources.
