Leadership Development

PASTORAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Innovate, Integrate, Elevate (IIE) program offers pastoral leadership cohorts over the course of two years. Each twelve participant cohort will have nationally recognized conversation partners and facilitators.

Invited participants will be given time for:
  • Personal reflection & relaxation
  • Gathering in community
  • Prayer-filled conversation around contextual ministry challenges
  • Exploring a variety of applicable resources
The participants in each cohort will collectively determine the measuring sticks and goals for their program. They will also decide how to apply what they have learned to become effective agents of change for God’s Kingdom in New England. Using Christ as the example, IIE will meet pastors in their current context and giftedness and walk with them as the Spirit guides.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Innovate:
a cohort of entrepreneurial pastors who have the potential and drive to be dynamic leaders in their churches, their communities and within the conference.

Integrate: a cohort of pastors serving in cross cultural appointments who can contribute to and benefit from a supportive community of driven pastors living a similar experience.

Boost: a cohort of part-time licensed local pastors who have great potential in this vocation, limited time for an in person program and who have a desire to be in community with other committed multi-vocational pastors.

Jumpstart: a cohort for pastors who are seeking to engage a new vision for themselves and their faith community. Whether that vision includes implementing changes or addressing contextual ministry challenges, Jumpstart offers a space for ministry inspiration, colleague community creation, and transformational leadership perspectives.

Foundation Staff welcome the Innovate 2 cohort to their final gathering

at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center in Beverly, MA.

"Blessings on the important work that you are doing with the New England cohorts. I think that learning in small communities will bear long term fruit in your ministry.  I expect that I will continue to hear good things about this program in the future."

Susan Beaumont - Author / Consultant / Coach / Spiritual Director

“The cohort is a community that feeds and inspires me to be better than I have been. There is no greater gift than to see and to be seen by others who are called to ministry. The Foundation has provided the space and intentionality to bring us together to create a sanctum of knowledge, mutual sharing, and accountability that inspires, renews, and invites us to engage in the realm of new possibilities for ministry. What an invaluable gift!”
